  • Patient Safety Incident Response Framework (PSIRF): A Panel Session

Join Bevan Brittan for a complimentary webinar on the Patient Safety Incident Response Framework.

Hannah Taylor will be chairing a panel session of experts, including Rebecca Gibson & Lucy Winstanley from West Suffolk NHS Foundation Trust, one of the Early Adopter trusts. Rebecca and Lucy will share their experience and learnings of implementing PSIRF. We will also hear from Giles Mooney KC, a senior clinical negligence practitioner with a particular expertise in Inquests to give his perspective on the new framework.

Partner and Head of Health (NHS) at Bevan Brittan Joanna Lloyd will provide a lawyer's perspective and finally Bevan Brittan Healthcare Regulatory Partner Carlton Sadler will provide an overview of what PSIRF could mean from a regulatory perspective, touching on the CQC’s likely approach.

Please be aware that places for this seminar are limited and may get over subscribed. Our clients will get priority, but we will endeavour to increase capacity where we can to allow all those who wish to attend a place. Where we are heavily oversubscribed we will limit places per organisation.
