In this one-hour webinar, Fran Mussellwhite and Lucy Doran will provide an update on the Provider Selection Regime that has governed the procurement of health care services by NHS organisations and local authorities since 1 January 2024.
Five months into the new regime, we will provide a refresher overview of the legislation and how challenges under the regime may be brought, along with our insights into how the regime is running with particular reference to issues that our clients are grappling with.
In this regard, we would love to hear from you in advance of the webinar as to whether there are any particular topics you would like us to focus on. If you have any topics you’d like us to consider (obviously avoiding specific, confidential issues), please do send us an email by Monday 20 May 2024 and we will identify and cover any hot topics in the session. We will of course keep your requests confidential and anonymous.
The webinar will be particularly relevant to colleagues in legal, procurement and commissioning.
