I am a corporate lawyer specialising in all aspects of corporate law; including mergers and acquisitions, joint ventures, corporate governance and commercial contracts.
Whilst I advise across a variety of sectors such as manufacturing, construction and engineering, I have particular expertise in the health and social care sector. This includes dental practice and care home sales and acquisitions, GP practice mergers and primary care collaborations (including PCNs).
My clients include dentists and dental corporates, care home providers, limited companies and private equity investors.
I advise on all aspects of a corporate transaction from the due diligence, CQC compliance (in the case of health and social care work), asset/share purchase agreements, warranties/indemnities, corporate authorities and banking security.
