I am a solicitor in the Commercial Health and Public Law team. I advise organisations across the health and social care sector on a range of commercial and governance matters, including legal, regulatory and commercial contract issues in primary care. I also advise on constitutional governance issues facing NHS Trusts, Foundation Trusts and integrated care boards.
I have extensive experience in interpreting the health and social care legal framework and have advised on a number of issues pertaining to statutory functions and powers, joint working arrangements, health related commissioning disputes/responsibilities, internal policy drafting, NHS consultation duties regarding service change and patient choice. I also advise on a range of public law issues facing health and social care bodies.
