I am a commercial lawyer specialising in technology and intellectual property focussed transactions.
I have experience of interpreting, drafting and negotiating a wide variety commercial arrangements for clients in both the public and private sector, particularly in relation to SaaS, business process outsourcing and digital transformation projects.
