I am a Solicitor specialising in regulatory and litigation advice to clients in the health and care sector. My clients include NHS Trusts, Integrated Care Boards, Local Authorities and independent health and social care providers.
I advise clients on contentious and non-contentious matters in relation to mental health, mental capacity law and the coronial process. I provide advice and support to health and social care organisations in relation to Court of Protection matters, challenges to treatment decisions, inquests, safeguarding concerns and regulatory work including CQC advice.
Prior to joining Bevan Brittan I have experience in providing litigation support and advice to corporate clients operating within regulated frameworks.
