  • Webinar | Tuesday 7 May 2024 | 12:30 - 13:30 | 1 Hour

The Preventable Deaths Tracker was founded in 2020 by Dr Georgia Richards to minimise preventable deaths.

Dr Richards created the tracker to make information from coroners' Prevention of Future Deaths reports accessible, developing a database that helps identify trends and provides real-time analyses to learn lessons following inquests.

In this webinar, Dr Richards will demonstrate how the tracker can inform and improve patient safety.

  • Please be aware that places for this seminar are limited and may get over subscribed.

Our clients will get priority, but we will endeavour to increase capacity where we can to allow all those who wish to attend a place.

Where we are heavily oversubscribed we will limit places per organisation.

Registration will close at the advertised start time.
