Eleanor Sanderson is a Barrister specialising in regulatory criminal proceedings and defending the most serious prosecutions brought under health and safety and fire safety law. She is ranked by Chambers and Partners in “Band 1”. She acts on behalf of companies and directors in relation to allegations of gross negligence and corporate manslaughter, and serious breaches of sections 2 and 3 of the Health and Safety at Work Act.
