I am an associate solicitor specialising in commercial property with a particular emphasis on asset management work for clients with large property portfolios.
I work with a diverse range of local and national clients including companies, individuals, charities and public bodies, many of which are household names. I work with some of the largest landowners in the country on all their estate management requirements. I have acted on a wide variety of matters from the acquisition and disposal of investment properties to estate management work from both a landlord and tenant perspective. I carry out title reporting and investigation and assist in the acquisitions of large-scale nationally recognised developments. I also act on code agreements, including drafting and negotiating complex bespoke agreements for borough wide telecommunication initiatives and streamlining the process for multiple provider requests to reduce the administrative burden for my clients. I also specialise in the culture and heritage sector and work with a wide range of clients including Canal & River Trust, Plus Dane Housing, NS&I, Historic England and various Local Authorities. I also pride myself on the pro bono work I carry out for my local community.
I work closely with clients to ensure that not only are their financial and commercial goals met, but also their political, social and environmental objectives. I provide a friendly and professional service while building and maintaining excellent relationships with my clients.
