I am an employment lawyer with significant experience advising and supporting healthcare organisations on all HR and workforce matters. I also provide support to clients on immigration matters including right to work and licencing issues.
I have spent the last eight years guiding clients within the healthcare sector to create a safer and more effective workforce. I regularly advise clients on developing and maintaining a safe and compassionate approach to workforce issues. I often advise client on high level and sensitive disputes providing clear and pragmatic advice. My objective is to empower healthcare providers to make decisions that improve workforce experience whilst reducing risk.
Where litigation cannot be avoided I represent organisations in the Employment Tribunal and appellate courts. This work has included advising on complex and multiparty discrimination and whistleblowing claims, disciplinary and capability processes, as well as working time and contractual disputes.
I have considerable experience in non-contentious matters and regularly advise on policy and procedural improvements, TUPE implications on outsourcing/insourcing arrangements, and large scale change and redundancy processes.
I regularly deliver training workshops, seminars and webinars on all aspects of employment law and immigration issues including discrimination, managing poor performance, Equality Diversity and Inclusion, MHPS, conducting workplace investigations, and sponsoring migrant workers.
Lee Carroll is well placed to handle both contentious and non-contentious employment matters for a varied client baseā¦
Lee is very much into the details. He gets novel legal points which gives respondents another leg to stand on that others wouldn't pick up on.
