Bevan Brittan is delighted to have been shortlisted in all three Legal categories for this year’s prestigious HealthInvestor Awards:

  • Legal Advisors of the Year (Public)
  • Legal Advisors of the Year (Private)
  • Legal Advisors of the Year (Transactional)

There were a record 250 submissions for this year’s awards, which take on 12 June.

Bevan Brittan has won the Public and Public Transactional awards for the last two years running and was also shortlisted last year in the Private category.

Bevan Brittan has a strong and long-established track record in advising health and social care providers, including two-thirds of NHS Providers and a third of NHS Commissioners and over 150 independent health and social care providers and suppliers.

During the last 12 months, the firm has advised on a wide range, and some of the largest, transactions across the private sector and NHS. Bevan Brittan was one of only three law firms ranked Tier 1 for Healthcare in both Chambers and Legal 500 directories.

Vincent Buscemi, Partner and Head of Independent Health and Social Care, said: “It is great news to be shortlisted again for our work with the independent health and social care sector. Our practice has grown significantly in recent years as we support a wide range of clients, from established providers to digital start-ups, with commercial, corporate and regulatory advice, plus providing legal advice on compliance workforce and data protection issues and more.”

Joanna Lloyd, Partner and Head of Health, said: “We’re very proud of our record at the HealthInvestor Awards and delighted to be short listed again for these prestigious awards. Health is a key area for the firm and we are committed to working with and supporting commissioners and providers across the health system as they strive to plan and deliver care of the highest standard.”
