A team of experts from national law firm Bevan Brittan has advised on the sale of a Leeds accountancy practice to a top 50 UK accountancy firm.
The legal team worked with Novis & Co on the sale to Midlands based practice DJH Mitten Clarke. DJH is seeking to increase its national footprint and the deal follows a strategic investment by Tenzing Private Equity in November last year.
All employees of Novis & Co will be integrated into the DJH Mitten Clarke group.

Ultimately, all of this will enhance the advice and support that we offer to our clients.”
Morley will remain the home of the Novis & Co team, however, within the coming months, it will take on the DJH Mitten Clarke name, becoming the Leeds offices for the Group.
Claire will continue to lead the team, alongside fellow Director, Steve Tucker.
Christian worked on the deal with fellow Bevan Brittan partner Nick Thackray along with solicitors Briar Speight and Jess Hirst.
