The Procurement Act 2023 is expected to come into force in October 2024 and will bring significant change for entities bidding for public contracts or subject to the procurement rules. Fran Mussellwhite and Helen Feinson will explore some of the key changes and look at the steps in-house teams should be taking to prepare.

This session will be of particular interest to all in-house legal and governance teams and anyone with responsibility for procurement.

In this edition of our In-house Insights series, we are also offering sessions on information law, IP, contracts, construction, ESG, and property. For more information, please visit: In-house Insights

  • Please be aware that places for this seminar are limited and may get over subscribed.

Our clients will get priority, but we will endeavour to increase capacity where we can to allow all those who wish to attend a place.

Where we are heavily oversubscribed we will limit places per organisation.
